What Paraph does that Adobe doesn't

  • A free plan. Adobe offers a free trial of its paid plans. Paraph's free plan has no end and no monthly count.
  • One price for the team. Adobe's team plans are priced per licence. Paraph Pro is one price for any team.

Where Adobe is better

  • It is Acrobat. The team plans include a full PDF editor, so you can edit, combine and prepare the PDF in the same product you send it from. Paraph sends a finished PDF for signature and does nothing else to it.
  • Stronger signature types. Acrobat Sign supports advanced and qualified electronic signatures, through trust service providers. Paraph provides simple electronic signatures only.
  • Microsoft 365. Adobe's team plans include integrations with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Paraph has no integrations yet.

Who should pick which

Pick Adobe if your team already pays for Acrobat, if you edit PDFs as much as you send them, or if you need qualified electronic signatures through a trust service provider.

Pick Paraph if you only need to send documents for signature, and you don't want to buy a licence for each person to do it.
