Billing questions
How do I start Pro?
Sign in, or make an account with your email, then open Settings and Billing and choose £19 a month or £190 a year. Payment is by card through Stripe.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Pro carries on until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is deleted, then or later. New documents go out with the badge again, folders stay browsable, and everyone on the team can see every document again, because roles are a Pro feature. Documents you already sent keep the look they were sent with.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you ask within 14 days of your organisation's first payment for Pro: email info@tryparaph.com. Pro ends when the refund is made, and your organisation moves to Free as it would on cancelling, so nothing is deleted. Cancelling and starting Pro again later does not start a new 14 days. After that you can cancel any time, and Pro runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
What if a payment fails?
You get 14 days to update your card, with a notice in the app. After that the account moves to Free, with nothing deleted.
Do you charge VAT?
Paraph isn’t VAT registered yet, so £19 is the full price.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Payments are taken by Stripe, and your invoices are in the billing portal, which an owner or admin opens from Settings, then Billing.
Who on my team can manage billing?
The owner and any admin. They can start Pro, change the card and cancel. Members can’t change the plan.
