What Paraph does that SignWell doesn't
- No monthly count on the free plan. SignWell's free plan stops at 3 documents a month and one sender. Paraph's free plan has no count and no limit on team members.
- No per-sender charge. SignWell charges per sender beyond those included. Paraph Pro is one price, however many people send.
Where SignWell is better
SignWell is close to Paraph in spirit, and ahead of it in several places.
- An API, even on the free plan. SignWell has an API on every plan, with free API documents each month. Paraph has no API yet.
- Integrations. SignWell offers integrations, including over 9,000 through Zapier. Paraph has none yet.
- Sending from your own address. SignWell's paid plans include custom branding, including the address emails come from. Paraph Pro adds your logo and colour, but emails still come from Paraph's own domain.
Who should pick which
Pick SignWell if you need an API or Zapier, or emails that come from your own address.
Pick Paraph if more than one person on your team sends documents and you would rather pay once for all of them, or if three documents a month isn't enough and the free plan otherwise does what you need.
