Our email domains
Last updated 29 September 2026.
1. Where a real message comes from
paraphdocs.com and paraphsend.com send signature requests, reminders and completed documents, and host the signing links in them.
tryparaph.com is this website and our own mailboxes. It never sends automated mail and never hosts a signing link.
If you were sent a Paraph link on any other domain, it is not from us. Do not open it, and tell us at info@tryparaph.com.
2. Why it is split up
Spam blocklists judge a whole domain at once. If somebody abuses the free plan and gets a domain blocked, we would rather it were not the one carrying paying customers’ contracts, and certainly not the one this website is on. So free mail, paid mail and the website are on three separate domains, and a problem with one leaves the other two working.
3. How to check a document is real
The link starts with https:// and one of the two sending domains above.
The sender’s email address and organisation are shown on the signing page before you sign.
We never ask for a password, a card number or bank details in order to sign something. If a document does, report it from the link at the bottom of the signing page.
