What is the "Signed with Paraph" badge?

Last reviewed 26 September 2026

It is a small line, "Signed with Paraph. Free for everyone.", on documents sent on the free plan. It appears on the signing page, in the emails and on the completion certificate, never on the signed PDF itself, and Pro removes it.

Where it appears

  • On the signing page.
  • In the signature request, the reminders and the email with the signed copy.
  • At the bottom of the completion certificate.

It never goes on the signed PDF. The contract belongs to you and the people who signed it.

Why it's there

The badge is how Paraph pays for the free plan: some of the people who sign a document have contracts of their own to send. Clicking it goes to Paraph's website. We count those clicks as a number per day, and keep nothing about who clicked.

When it appears

Whether a document carries the badge is decided when it is sent, from the plan the organisation is on at that moment, and never changes afterwards. A document sent on Free keeps the badge even if you move to Pro later, and one sent on Pro never gains it.

Removing it

Pro removes it from every document you send, for £19 a month or £190 a year, for any team size. Pro can also put your logo and colour on the emails, the signing page and the certificate.
