What's included on Free, and what Pro adds

Free includes everything you need to send documents and get them signed, with no monthly limit, and adds a "Signed with Paraph" badge. Pro is £19 a month, or £190 a year, for any team size: it removes the badge and adds the controls a larger team needs.

The badge appears on the signing page, in the emails and on the completion certificate. It never goes on the signed PDF itself.

Pro, everything in Free, plus

  • No “Signed with Paraph” badge on your documents, emails or certificates
  • Team roles and permissions
  • Up to 50 signers on one document, instead of 20
  • Your logo and colour on emails, the signing page and the certificate
  • Folders
  • Templates shared with the whole organisation
  • Retention controls: delete on a schedule, with a legal hold that overrides it

The same on both plans

  • No per-person price. One organisation pays once, however many people are in it.
  • Limits per document. Up to 20 signers on Free and 50 on Pro; on both, up to 10 MB, 200 pages and 200 fields.
  • Fair use. Unlimited means no monthly count. The fair use policy stops the free plan being used for phishing, and looks at behaviour rather than numbers.
  • Documents are kept until you delete them. The only thing deleted without you asking is a draft nobody sent, 90 days after it was last edited, with an email 14 days before.

Moving between plans

An owner or admin starts Pro from Settings, then Billing. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

Moving back to Free never deletes anything. New documents carry the badge again, folders stay and can still be opened, roles stop applying so everyone can see every document again, and retention rules stop running. Documents already sent keep the look they were sent with. If a payment fails you get 14 days to update the card first.
